Evan apprenticed through BCITO to gain registration as a certified builder, and then gained his qualification as a Licensed Building Practitioner. His work on a variety of construction types throughout Wellington means that he understands the challenges of our terrain and weather, and can work problem-solve to create your dream.

Scotty has been building for 25 years and brings the most experience and dry humour to the team. He knows 12 different ways to get any task done, so nothing is an obstacle for him. Scotty plays softball, and loves dabbling in a bit of painting and cooking.

John is a Lower Hutt local and grew up in Wainuiomata before moving up to Palmerston North to do a Bachelor of Physical Education at Massey University. He decided that after his time in Palmy, he would get into building and has loved the trade since starting it. Outside of work he enjoys sport, music and hanging with friends and whanau.

Santana started off with Forta Construction as a Gateway student on a work placement from Hutt Valley High School and is enthusiastic to now be in his apprenticeship full time. He enjoys being able to spend his days creating and problem-solving. In his off time, Santana loves playing Ki o Rahi, touch, and basketball.

Theo is making fantastic progress on completing his apprenticeship. His strengths are in security and client relations. He loves working outside in any weather. Theo's motto is 'Woof Hard, Play Hard'.

Lulu is just starting her apprenticeship and brings a great energy to every site. Her attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to the team. She is hoping to gain a certificate in site management.
